As the villa name implies, Villa Feyrouz, is an architectural achievement organically blending contemporary design into the heights of Vitet, all the while, boasting incredible views of the sea and rolling hills.

The first of five bedrooms is housed in an independent bungalow at the beginning of the property. It features a spacious layout complete with a fully functional kitchenette, living area and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi.

Two additional guest suites are located on the same level as the main living area but are also independent. Each of the stylish bedrooms and ensuites, features a neutral color palette dotted with touches of color. A charming outdoor sitting area separates the bedrooms from the main house.

Upon entering the main living area of the villa, you are greeted by high vaulted ceilings and wall length windows ensuring the stunning sea view takes center stage. To your right is the custom dining table for ten guests and the sleek and well-equipped kitchen. The living room is to the right and to ensure all eyes are on the view, the television is hidden with a custom lift but readily available for guests to enjoy. Separating the two spaces is a glass encased staircase that leads downstairs to two additional guest rooms each with ensuite and private terrace.

The exterior spaces feature a covered living area and sunny nooks to relax poolside.

The covered parking is a thoughtful feature for those rare exceptions to the St. Barth sunishine.

Recently completed, this villa combines the natural materials of stone, wood and glass to complete this understated tasteful design. Villa Feyrouz is ideal for a large group of friends travelling together with spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces but also giving each guest their privacy.
