The price includes: meet and greet upon arrival, escort to your villa, housekeeping services daily, except Sundays and National Holidays, welcome products, free Wifi and farewell upon departure.
In addition to the weekly rate for your villa, there is a 5% Taxe de Séjour, or tourist tax and a 10% reservation fee. It is our pleasure to offer the 10% reservation fee when you complete your booking on our website.
The Taxe de Séjour, is a tourist tax of 5% imposed by the local government on all villa rentals on the island.
If a Client wishes to cancel his reservation altogether or partially, or if the reservation is cancelled by St Barth Immo for non-payment, St Barth Immo will retain the percentage following by the gross price of rental:
During the Holiday Season « Christmas and New Year» between December 15th and January 10th (the following year), the cancellation policy is as follows:
The cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us by e-mail.
During your stay, the credit card used to complete your reservation will be kept on file in the case of any accidental damages or extra cleaning fees. There will be no hold placed on your card during your stay.
The number of guests that are permitted to stay in the villa will depend on how many bedrooms you have selected. The rule of thumb is two adults per bedroom.
Your villa rental does include daily housekeeping services except for Sundays and National Holidays. Laundry services are available at an additional cost.
