What’s included in the price?
The price includes: meet and greet upon arrival, escort to your villa, housekeeping services daily, except Sundays and National Holidays, welcome products, free Wifi and farewell upon departure.
Are there any additional fees or taxes I should know about?
In addition to the weekly rate for your villa, there is a 5% Taxe de Séjour, or tourist tax and a 10% reservation fee. It is our pleasure to offer the 10% reservation fee when you complete your booking on our website.
What is a Taxe de Séjour?
The Taxe de Séjour, is a tourist tax of 5% imposed by the local government on all villa rentals on the island.
What is the cancellation policy?
If a Client wishes to cancel his reservation altogether or partially, or if the reservation is cancelled by St Barth Immo for non-payment, St Barth Immo will retain the percentage following by the gross price of rental:
- 60 days prior to arrival : 20% of the gross amount of the rental
- Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the gross amount of the rental
- Less than 29 days prior to arrival : 100% of the gross amount of the rental
During the Holiday Season « Christmas and New Year» between December 15th and January 10th (the following year), the cancellation policy is as follows:
- 90 days prior to arrival : 30% of the gross amount of the rental
- Less than 89 days prior to arrival : 100% of the gross amount of the rental
The cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us by e-mail.
Is there a security deposit?
During your stay, the credit card used to complete your reservation will be kept on file in the case of any accidental damages or extra cleaning fees. There will be no hold placed on your card during your stay.
What is the maximum number of guests I can have in my villa?
The number of guests that are permitted to stay in the villa will depend on how many bedrooms you have selected. The rule of thumb is two adults per bedroom.
Does the villa include housekeeping services?
Your villa rental does include daily housekeeping services except for Sundays and National Holidays. Laundry services are available at an additional cost.
Can you book restaurant reservations and day excursions for us?
During your stay, our team would be more than happy to assist with reservations, excursions and more. We, partner with dedicated and professional concierges and butlers that will take care of all of your needs. Please contact us for more information about rates and options.

Do I need a passport to get there?
For U.S., Canadian and European Union citizens you will need a valid passport. Some visitors will need a special visa, for more information please contact the French Consulate.
What’s the local time on the island?
St. Barth is located in the Atlantic Time Zone, which is one hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time and is the same hour during Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
What is the local currency?
The local currency is the Euro, but the U.S. dollar is accepted just about everywhere.
What language is spoken on the island?
The official language of the island is French, not to worry , most everyone speaks English, as well.
What about charging my electronics?
The electric voltage in St. Barth is 220, we highly recommend bringing a converter.
Can I bring my pet?
Sure, you can! Just make sure to have an updated rabies vaccination and medical certificate dated within five days of your arrival. Double check the pet policy for the villa you have selected, as well.
